We are located in the very heart of Montreal,Downtown.
Our address is 1085,Berri street,H2L 4C5,
just 5 minutes' walk from Berri-UQAM metro station.

Our place is nice,quiet and clean.
There are 20 studio-apartments in the building
(4 floors +basement)
There is a laundry room in the basement
(washing machine-$1.75; dryer-$1.50).
We have security cameras and the front door
closed,so only our guests can enter inside,
using their keys.

Each apartment is a studio with private
bathroom and kitchen.Fully furnished
(double bed,table,chairs,wardrobe,sofa);
the kitchen is equipped(fridge,stove,
microwave,toaster,coffee-maker,dishes).

Everything is included into the price:
electricity,water,heating/conditioning,
high-speed internet,telephone (on your
demand),taxes as well.

OUR RATES ARE:
$60/night
$250-300/week
$750-850/month
