Business Management Analyst
F/T Permanent position. salary:$22/ per hour
· Analyze operations and suggest areas for improvement
· Review operational plan and suggest strategies to increase productivity, implement and test strategies
· Provide advice to management on continuous improvement to the operations
· Provide feedback on the organizational structure to get effective results
· Conduct research and surveys to determine efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and product standards
· Develop manual and policies for health and safety, improvements to methods and systems
· Supervise and provide training to staff as required
· Prepare and update reports including equipment performance, production, down time into report format where necessary
