ESL Position in Beijing,China,no requirement on degree or teaching experience

QUALIFICATIONS for the new teachers:
•One year contract at least
•English speaker (Native English Speaker Preferred)
•No requirement on degree or teaching experience,but you will get more if you have
•Formal teaching qualifications are desirable, but not strictly required
•Aged from 20-40 years old

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•2-12 years old students
•35hours/week,including teaching hours and office hours,two days off
•less than 15 students per class
•Chinese assistant
•Advanced teaching equipment


SALARY PACKAGE
•8500~10000rmb monthly after tax
•3000rmb per month as the house allowance for the position in Beijing
•35/50/80 teaching rate/hour
•TEFL provided for the position in Beijing
•6000rmb for the bonus after finish one year contract
•Working visa provide as long as you are qualified for the working visa requirement or F visa
•10000 rmb airfare allowance after one year contract
•5 days in Beijing for free training,be paid
•15 days for free hotels
