Shop Supervisor / Production Manager
- Major Work Area: Assembly, Fabrication, shopwork Specific Skills: Metal-Fab Industries Ltd requires one Shop Supervisor / Production Manager to start work immediately. This position is permanent full time with an hourly rate of $ 38.52; will also includes medical and pension plan benefits. This individual will supervise workers and projects, co-ordinate and schedule activities, train or arrange for training, recommend staffing actions, ensure adherence to safety standards, set up machine & equipment. Oversee apprenticeship training, recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Essential Skills: Reading Text, document use, numeracy, writing, communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory, finding information, computer use and continuous learning. Minimum 3 years of experience working in the same field is required.
