RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze and solve problems related to the administration of pension plans, and develop solutions
- Interpret and apply the provisions of the plans and the various applicable laws
- Modify systems and procedures, and create or modify calculation programs
- Analyze the results provided by the administration systems
- Serve as a resource person for the client and be prepared to administer plans
- May be involved in various special projects
- Calculate benefits and prepare event statements
- Update client's database and prepare annual statements
- Calculate pension adjustments, pension adjustment reversals, and past service pension adjustments
- Prepare annual information returns and verify simple cases
- Manage workload and priorities, and coordinate certain projects
